A Rome couple, Keon Tywun Mathis, 35, and Desirree Starla Dean, 41, was arrested this week after police said they stole a vehicle and then drive it around town.
Reports said that after stealing the 2014 Kia Spectra they refused to give it back to its owner.
After police found them, officers stated they the suspects were in possession of over 15 grams of meth, digital sales and baggies.
Both are charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and possession of drug related objects.
Dean is also charged with theft by taking.
Mathis is additionally charged with party to a crime of theft.
