Cave Spring police arrested Brandy Ann Peace, 44, and Michael Ewell Peace Jr, 53, after a physical altercation at their home on Perry Farm Road.
Reports said that Michael grabbed Brandy by the throat while she punched him in the face.
Reports did not indicate who initiated the altercation.
Both are charged with simple battery.
