Rodrigo Jaimes Constantino, 28 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was found in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on Calhoun Road.
Police added that Constantino was also found to have been driving under the influence of alcohol during the stop.
Constantino is charged with possession of marijuana and DUI.
