Two Romans, Tatyana Dashawn Brown, 22, and Derrick McKinnley Brown Jr, 21, were arrested at Etowah Park on a series of charges including child molestation and drug possession.
Police said that Tatyana Brown placed her mouth around the penis of a 13 year-old child.
Reports added that Derrick Brown was found at the scene and in possession of marijuana. Authorities went on to say that he allowed the minor to participate in the use of the drug.
They were taken into custody just after 1 am Monday morning.
Tatyana Brown is charged with aggravated child molestation.
Derrick Brown is charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
