Rome Woman Jailed for Stealing Thousands from Dollar General

Heather Lynn Edwards, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole close to $5,000 from a cash register at the Dollar General on Martha Berry Blvs

The theft occurred back on June 1^st.

Edwards is charged with felony theft by taking.
