Gregory Lamar Morris, 55 of Rome, and Quintavious Quomon Zachery, 19 of Rome, were arrested at a home on Strand Street after they caused extreme pain and suffering to seven dogs.
Reports said that the men deprived seven dogs of food, water and shelter. Reports added that they were also seen feeding on a deceased decayed dog.
Both are charged with seven counts cruelty to animals.
