Arnold Lebron Uren, 69 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was captured on camera breaking into a home on Woods Road.
Reports said that Uren stole a Lois Vuitton and a Michael Kors purse.
Uren is charged with first degree burglary, felony theft and criminal trespass.
