Justin Cory Poole, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed two children in fear of receiving violent injury when he kicked a door to a home on Northridge Court in.
Police said that Poole was later located at the Northridge Hop N Shop in his vehicle while intoxicated.
Poole is charged with simple assault, two counts 2nd degree cruelty to children, criminal trespass, DUI and an open container violation.
