Jason Levi Minter, 17 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he gave his brother’s name and date of birth as his own in order to avoid arrest.
Minter was taken into custody at the Mobil Gas Station on Maple Road.
Minter is charged with two counts giving false information to police.
