A homeless 47 yeaer-old Rome man, Christopher Erick Pilarz, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a woman on Avenue B near downtown.
Police stated that Pilarz shoved the victim, resulting in her falling to the ground and hitting her head.
Pilarz is charged with simple battery.
