Dimitri Davonta Depray Hamlin, 20, Deandre Lashaun Stephenson, 18, both of Cedartown, were arrested in Rome after police said they were found with multiple stolen firearms.
Police said that the guns were found under the front drivers seat of a vehicle during a traffic stop on Hwy 411 near Grace Drive.
Both are charged with two counts theft by receiving stolen property.
Stephenson is additionally charged with possession and carrying a concealed weapon without a license.
