Timothy James Thomas, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he acted in a violent and tumultuous manner toward another victim.
Police said that Thomas yelled and used curse words while walking toward the victim in an aggressive manner at a location on North Broad Street. Police went on to say that Thomas proceeded to hit the victim’s car with a closed fist, leaving a dent.
Thomas is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
