Tyler Joshua Locklear, 28 of Rome, was arrested near Model Elementary School after reports said he threatened to shoot a woman if she picked up her child from school.
The threat resulted in Model Elementary, Middle and High schools all being placed on lockdown.
Locklear s charged with disrupting the operation of a public school, terroristic threats and acts and transmitting a false public alarm.
