Jaderrius Armand Tae Cotton, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kidnapped a woman at a home on Nest Drive.
Reports said that Cotton broke into the victim’s back window and drug her out of her home and into his car. Cotton then forced the victim to call 911 back and advise them that it was a prank.
Cotton is charged with kidnapping, first degree burglary, obstruction of a person making a 911 call and driving without insurance.
