Rome police arrested Trunce Comor Smith, 52 of Rome, and Vanessa Kay King, 58 of Cedartown, following a fight at the Maple Quick Stop on Maple Road near Lindale.
Report said that Smith and King charged at the victim, hitting them with an open hand.
King is accused of hitting the victim with a cellphone.
Smith is also accused of holding the victim while King hit them.
Both are charged with battery, simple assault and affray.
