Nathan Renae Milam, 33 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he slapped the face of a 33 year-old woman during an argument at a home on Harmony Road.
The victim stated that Milam got into her face, which placed her in fear of her safety. During the course of the argument the victim asked Milam not to hit her. It was then Milam allegedly slapped her face, lightly enough not to leave a mark.
The incident occurred in front of a three year-old child.
Milam is charged with simple assault, simple battery and cruelty to children.
