Pete Buck Allen, 25 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said he purposely broke out a window to government housing property and then proceeded to choke his girlfriend.
Police added that Allen also kicked dents into the victim’s car.
He is also accused of not paying his probation fines as well as not reporting to his probation officer ten different times.
Allen is charged with battery, criminal trespass, interference with government property and two counts probation violation.
