Shane Donavan Green, 36 of Rome, was arrested after he allegedly held a knife to a 29 year-old woman’s throat while in the presence of three children.
Reports went on to say that Green also threw a cellphone at the victim, striking her in the face.
Green is charged with aggravated assault, three counts cruelty to children in the third degree and battery.
