Andrew Lee Sistrunk, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he became loud and boisterous while using profane and curse words at the Swan Lake Mobile Home Park.
Police said that Sistrunk was yelling at other residents outside, causing a disturbance in the neighborhood.
Sistrunk is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
