Christopher Bradley Peek Jr, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a semi-automatic riffle on a woman and pointed it to a woman’s face, placing her in fear of being murdered.
Police said that the incident occurred back on March 25 of this year.
Peek is charged with simple battery and false imprisonment.
