Jonathan Lovell Brown, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly failed to pay for his taxi ride.
Reports stated that Brown avoided paying his $58.00 taxi fare when he got out on the roadway and left the scene.
Brown is charged with theft of service.
