Rome Man Jailed After Hitting Woman with Vase, Chair

Larry Bernard Bullock, 62 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a woman over the head with a ceramic vase and a chair.

Reports added that the victim suffered swelling and visible injury to her face.

The incident occurred at a location on East 14^th Street.

Bullock is charged with battery and probation violation.
