Patrick Russell McMichael, 39 of Rome, was jailed on drug charges this week after reports said he was found passed out behind the wheel of his car near Lyons Drive and Shorter Avenue.
Police said that they found McMichael passed out from drug usage when they arrived on the scene. A search led them to find methamphetamine suboxone
McMichael is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of marijuana, DUI and failure to appear.
