Anthony Lane Baxter, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after a domestic dispute became violent.
Reports said that Baxter destroyed a victim’s cellphone before throwing a rock threw their car window.
Baxter is charged with two counts of criminal trespass and 2nd-degree criminal damage to property.
