Damion Malik Frazier, 20 of Rome, was arrested at his home on Lamar Street after reports said he attempted to escape arrest following a search warrant that resulted in officers finding drugs.
Police stated that Frazier tossed bags of marijuana over a fence in an attempt to avoid arrest.
Frazier is then accused of hitting two officers in an attempt to flee the scene.
He was then captured and later found in possession of multiple Tramadol pills that were not in their original container.
After being placed under arrest, Frazier is accused of rolling down a back window to a patrol car and escaping through it.
He was quickly apprehended again after he kicked and hit a deputy in the elbow
Frazier is charged with two countsescape, felony obstruction of an officer, possession of marijuana and failure to appear.
