Amber Dayanaera Graham, 26 of Rockmart, was arrested this week when police said they spotted her getting into a vehicle with two small children while highly intoxicated.
Authorities stated that they saw Graham get into the car with a 3 and 1-year-old child.
Police went on the stay that Graham was attempting to crank the vehicle with the children inside.
Graham is charged with two counts of reckless conduct and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
