Coritha Lynnette Sheppard, 56 of Lithonia, was arrested in Rome after reports said she gave another person’s identity to obtain AT&T services at an apartment on Melrose Avenue.
The alleged theft occurred back on September of 2020.
Sheppard is charged with identity fraud.
