A wanted fugitive of justice, Jason Tyrone Ragland, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after being found at a hotel on Martha Berry Blvd.
Officers added that they found Ragland in possession of marijuana while taking him into custody.
Ragland is charged with possession of marijuana and being a fugitive of justice.
