Floyd County police arrested Madison Mary Grace Ezzell, 23, Elijah Wesley Boling, 21, both of Rome, and William Elijah Towles, 20 of Villa Rica, were arrested at a home on Sunny Heights after reports said she smoked marijuana around a one year-old child.

A search of the home led officers to find over an ounce of marijuana, grinders, plastic baggies, digital scales and multiple firearms.

All three are charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, three counts possession of drug related objects, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and cruelty to children in the second degree.

Towles is additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
