Savion Devontae Powell, 19 of Temple, was jailed in Rome after reports said he molested a 13 year-old girl.
Reports stated that the victim was videoed sitting between Powell’s legs as he touched both of her breasts.
The incident occurred back on November 27, 2021, at a home on Heritage Way.
Powell is charged with child molestation, statutory rape and sexual battery.
