Laura Celeste Wright, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked an elderly victim.
Reports said that Wright placed her hands around the victim’s neck, which resulted in visible injuries.
The incident occurred at a location on Bells Ferry Road.
Wright is charged with battery and intimidation of the elderly.
