Wanda Michelle Chipman, 50 of Rome, was arrested after police found her in possession of meth and marijuana during a traffic stop near the intersection of East 12th Street and Dean Avenue.
Police said that they found Chipman driving without insurance when a search of the car led them to find a glass smoking pipe containing the meth.
She was also allegedly found in possession of a bag of marijuana.
Chipman is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, driving without insurance and probation violation.
