Heather Sheree Shedd, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a communication facility to arrange a drug deal.
Police said that Shedd conspired with another person to purchase methamphetamine.
Shedd is charged with attempt to violate Georgia controlled substance act and use of a communication facility in commission of a felony.
