Johnnie Wesley Highfield, 61 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he broke into a storage unit at the Self Storage on Martha Berry Highway and stole numerous items.
Police stated that a television, along with personal property was taken form the storage facility back on December 28 of 2021.
Highfield is charged with second degree burglary, theft by taking, and probation violation.
