Christopher Bernard Washington, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of THC oil during a traffic stop for a window tint violation.
Reports added that during the stop officers discovered that he was wanted on active warrants and that he was driving on a suspended license.
Washington is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, driving on a suspended license, contempt of court, failure to appear and a window tint violation.
