David John Fisette, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him sitting in a car while possessing a bag of methamphetamine.
Police said that Fisette was sitting in the back seat of the car with the bag of meth beside him.
Fisette is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
