A 33 year-old homeless man, Justin Caleb Hufstetler, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of drugs and a gun.
Officers said that they found him in possession of methamphetamine and a firearm near the intersection of South First and Circle Drive in Lindale.
Hufstetler is charged with methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
