Kay Lynn Dickson, 61 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome after reports said she stole a lost wallet.
Police said that Dickson found the lost wallet in front of Ichiban in the Charles Hight Square Shopping Center.
Authorties went on to say that Dickson kept the wallet and cash that was inside for her own personal usage instead of trying to find its rightful owner.
Dickson is charged with theft of mislaid property.
