A 23-year-old Cleveland, Tennessee man, Juan Jimenez Lopez, was arrested in Rome this week after a report said he sent photos of his penis to someone he thought to be under the age of 16 years.
Reports said that Lopez also engaged in graphic conversations of a sexual nature with the child. He additionally asked the child to send him nude photos.
He was taken into custody at a location in which he was supposed to have met up with the child to engage in sexual relations.
Lopez is charged with aggravated child molestation, electronically furnishing obscene materials to a child, use of a computer service to solicit a child to commit a felony, obscene internet contact with a child, and sexual exploitation of a child.
