John Mark Jolly, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed a juvenile in a “sleeper hold” and choked him until he lost consciousness,
Reports added that the victim fell to the ground and hit his jaw. The victim reported that he suffered a strained ligament swelling to his jaw.
Jolly is charged with aggravated assault.
