Melburn Milton Bradley, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he attacked a victim at a home on Brookwood Court.
Police said that Bradley grabbed the victim’s throat, leaving visible marks. He is also accused of breaking a toilet in the home during the altercation.
Bradley is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
