Joseph Matthew Wheeler, 23 of Rome, was arrested after a traffic stop near the intersection of East 6th and E 2nd Avenue led police to find an assortment of drugs.
Police said that while taking Wheeler into custody for driving on a suspended license a search led them to find a bag containing methamphetamine, a bag of Ecstasy, and a bag of marijuana.
Wheeler is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, and driving on a suspended license.
