Al Kemford Newman, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on Fouche Gap.
Reports said that after discovering that Newman was driving without insurance he admitted to possessing marijuana.
Newman is charged with possession of marijuana and driving without insurance.
