Quentin Lydell Nelson, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found chewing on a bag of marijuana during a traffic stop.
Reports said that Nelson was stopped near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Roy Street.
Nelson is charged with possession of marijuana, driving without a license, operation of an unregistered vehicle and parole violation.
