Donna Gayle Bentley, 56 of Rockmart, was arrested at a restaurant on Turner McCall in Rome after she allegedly grabbed an elderly person’s face and began to squeeze it while yelling at them.
Reports said that Bentley inflicted mental anguish and distress on the victim.
The incident occurred back on January 13 of this year.
Bentley is charged with the exploitation and intimidation of the elderly.
