Dandra Latrice Hudson, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after she was accused of stalking another woman while carrying a baseball bat.
Police said that Duke followed the victim without consent with the intent to harass and intimidate her.
Officers went on to say that Duke proceeded to approach the victim with a baseball bat while acting violent and tumultuous.
Hudson is charged with stalking and disorderly conduct
