Suzie Ann Harper, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she made a deposit into her checking account from the same account , knowing there was insufficient funds to support the deposit.
The move was done to show there was an account balance for her to withdraw money from.
Harper then proceeded to withdraw money, leaving the account $957.52 in the negative.
The incident occurred back in August at a location on Dean Street.
Lawrence is charged with theft by deception.
