Colby Brain Holcomb, 19 of Rome, was jailed this week after threatening police officers while being taken into custody of underage drinking.
Reports stated that while taking Holcomb into custody for being drunk he told police that he was going to break their handcuffs and “beat all their asses”.
He is also accused of giving police two different date of births while being questioned.
Holcomb is charged with four counts terroristic threats and acts, giving false information to police, obstruction and underage possession of alcohol.
