Mark Paul Graham, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a AJ7 scooter.
Reports stated that the scooter was valued at under $1,500.
The theft occurred on June 16, 2021 bat 5216 Alabama Highway.
Graham is charged with theft by taking.
