Robert Avery Anderson, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a storage shed and stole numerous lawn care items.
Police said that Anderson stole a tiller, ladder, leaf blower and weedeater from a location on Lindsey Road.
Police added that Anderson proceeded to pawn the tiller at Rome Gun and Pawn for $25.
Anderson is charged with theft by taking, second degree burglary, theft by deception, and driving on a suspended license.
